Good food good people

Great food, great service & great prices. So what's not to like.

Have eaten there several times for breakfast and really enjoyed it. Reasonably priced with consistently good food and service. One of my go to places when staying in or near Asheville.

Cozy little restaurant. We had breakfast which is served all day. Great food. Good prices.

Good food good getting in and out on Patton road is a little tricky

Attentive staff, hot coffee and down home, country cooking is what you will find at Happy Hill. The breakfast was great; especially the perfectly fried Livermush. Great pancakes and the biscuits and gravy were reminiscent of growing up.

Reslly good food at great prices. Just one of the older style, nothing fancy places you can really enjoy a good meal in.

I just had a mushroom burger my wife had turkey and gravy it was just ok the server was very pleasant and attentive

Awesome food and the waitress was very tentive and again the food was as good as i remember it from 30 years ago!

I stopped for breakfast before visiting nearby Sacred Lotus Tattoo. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. I will return in October when i get the tattoo.

If you want a honest to good down home meal. This is the place to go. The best porkchops in town.

I'm a regular at this restaurant for breakfast, I even have the very same thing every time I go. The food reminds you of grandma's kitchen and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. The staff are good at taking care of their customers with an efficient and friendly manor, a must for those of you looking for a great breakfast. It is true that they serve lunch and dinner but I can't comment on those because I'm addicted to breakfast, give them a try!

This place is a treasure! Good quality, down-home, diner-type food at incredibly reasonable prices! They have daily specials and on Saturday's they serve breakfast all day.Breakfast time is good and for lunch I really like the Reuben sandwich. Also a great place to get a delicious, cheap, burger! They have a lot of good desserts to choose from, too (including baklava!) They also offer a black bean veggie burger, veggie reuben, salads and some veggie sides!The portions are great, too; you won't leave hungry!

It was pretty good staff was freindly and the place was clean I recommend giving it a try.

The hash browns here are awesome! Friendly staff. Good dinner coffee. Definitely wanna come back soon.

Good place. Today was a lovely stuffed green tomato with two sides. Waitresses were wearing masks which is a good thing. Food was tasty.

Good Home cooking style. The dressing is absolutely delicious! I love the breakfast and the baked chicken and dressing. Great service a locals place.

Food is okay. Staff was friendly. Way over priced for the establishment. It's essentially a road side dinner at a chain restaurant price.

We did not stay because apparently the air conditioner was broken. I cannot comment on food but this place could use an make over on the interior. It was not inviting .Too bad because at one time it was the best place to eat

Just a great little place to eat! Friendly staff, good food & lots of "regular" customers who are greeted by name when they walk in the door. Leave all the pretense in the car when you get there... The chairs are a little worn, the decor a bit dated... BUT... You didn't come here to eat the chairs or gaze at the decor... You came here for good homestyle cooking delivered by a friendly waitress. Be sure to check out the daily special.

Just driving through and stopped here. Had a GREAT cheeseburger!

The food is great and nice servers but the cashier needs to wear her mask like the other staff is.

For family dinning or a great breakfast in West Asheville; Happy Hill is the place to go. Staff is wonderful. You really can't go wrong eating here.

Great little joint for a classic breakfast. Affordable and I've never had to wait. A diamond in the rough! Try the liver mush, eggs over medium and mush them up together. Sop it up with some toast and finish off with grits!

This place is an old school diner. In a town where an avocado and kale egg-white omelet, this is an eggs and bacon greasy spoon. No alcohol but plenty of food and friendly people. You'll spend less than $10 per person. Enjoy!

Great place to eat! Our server was so sweet and friendly! The food came quickly and was delicious.

Went in for breakfast. Very limited breakfast menu. Portions of food were good but most of the food was overly salty the biscuits and gravy were bland. The breakfast potatoes were pretty darn good. Servers were nice no wait to be seated. Paid around $20 for breakfast for 2 could have made my own breakfast for around $6.
